Spend the money instead on creating a "signature drink," such as a Boulder High Baller or Boulder-ini.
End the night with gifts for each guest. Ask businesses to donate items or try to find good deals on locally made items, such as Celestial Seasonings tea, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory candy, Silver Canyon Coffee, Mountain Man Nut and Fruit Company mix, gift certificates or, if you want to be really Boulder, a pair of Crocs.
