Full Service Package:
Our most popular package, the full service starts by helping you select and secure your venue. From there we guide you through the entire planning and design process, handling every detail from beginning to end. We take your vision and make it a reality. Throughout the process, we provide you with updated and tracked checklists, detailed budget breakdowns, expert advice from 15 years of experience and recommendations from our database of trusted vendors across the city and around the world. We will handle every aspect so that you can enjoy the process. - 20% of your total event budget.
Design Packages:
No matter where you are in the planning process, defining the look of your wedding is a key step to creating the event you envision. Furniture, lighting, floral, table settings and all the other elements that go into event design need to be coordinated and styled. We start with your clippings and ideas and work them into a creative design and theme. Working closely with us, you'll view sketches and renderings of your event-to-be and make changes to them. Once you approve the designs, we coordinate all the elements and necessary vendors and are there on the day-of to produce it all. Beginning at $450 depending on where you are in your planning process.
Month Of Packages:
Our Month Of is equivalent to many other planners "day-of" packages. Experience has taught us it takes more than a few phone calls to plan for your wedding day. We need to be intimately acquainted with each vendor, their contracts, timelines and needs. It is imperative we speak with all parties involved in the event, going over every detail, to ensure success on the day-of. Most importantly, we have to get to know you. Every bride has a different vision for their wedding, and only by understanding yours can we assure the final event is everything you expected it to be.
